If only they would replace the office manager and half of the maintenance staff. Manager is never in and grounds staff cannot do their jobs without hands held all the time. The propery is taking a nose dive. Nothing is kept up to date, they rarely fix anything broken. No more jacuzzis as they covered them with cement and filled with plants. The neighbors are great but more and more good people are moving out. Kids are allowed to run all over complex ruining property. So sad.

The people that live here are pigs. They throw trash on the grow for others to pick up cause there to lazy to put it in the trash compactor and push the button
Been here 10 and a half years. Close to everything. 9 miles from beach.
