I had a pleasant experience with Monterrey Bay Granite. As a very budget-conscious person, I realized that if I wanted quality (both product, service, and support) I would need to spend a little more. We received several estimates. We met with Carlos on a Monday morning and looked at their selection. He was very professional, provided answers to all of our questions, and did not rush us. He was VERY responsive to email, which was great since I am a tech-guy. We were able to make a decision later that week and move forward.
