I collected cans out of the dumpsters here. In 1998 a guy told me I can't do that anymore and would call the police if I came back. He claimed he had told me before. I had never seen him before and no one had previously told me I couldn't collect cans there anymore. I'm not homeless. I just like collecting cans.
