I’ve lived here for the past year with my partner & within our first month, mice were entering our unit through a large hole inside the HVAC closet. Maintenance eventually patched it, but from that point on, we dealt with a year-long roach infestation that never improved. Roaches came out of the bathroom exhaust fan, the HVAC closet, the kitchen, & even fell on us while using the bathroom. If you’re interested in collecting every species of roach, from American to German to Oriental, this is the place for you. I’ve lived here nearly 12 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. When I toured the complex, I was told it was a gated, smoke-free community with plans for new mailboxes, on-site laundry upgrades, and either a key fob or code for gate access. I collected cans out of the dumpsters here. In 1998 a guy told me I can't do that anymore and would call the police if I came back. He claimed he had told me before. I had never seen him before and no one had previously told me I couldn't collect cans there anymore. I'm not homeless. I just like collecting cans.
