My daughter laid in the emergency room Septic for more than 12 hours with no treatment. She died.
I was there 2 times in 9 months for orthopedic surgeries and from pre op. , post op., and the staff on 7 North 1st and 2nd shift are great. But both times , some of the overnight staff were rude and treated me as if I was bothering them.
This has got the be the most inconsiderate place for a patient
staff is carrying made me not scared I am a nurse and proud of it but as a parent I am as scared as a person that doesn't know medicine
because I did not get the proper treatment. I went on vacation and had to spend another 5 hr in the emergency room.
I recently underwent joint replacement surgery here. From valet and admitting, thru discharge, these people were great. Jody, Linda, Tristen, Hilda, Carly, Asia, and Kristen couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. John, the Physical Therapist was awesome! The food was excellent, and I've got NOTHING bad to say about this place. Driving down to WCMC, or the city is unnecessary. I couldn't recommend this place any more highly. Had surgery at St Luke’s on Wednesday. To say the nurses were amazing is an understatement. Huge thank you to all the nurses on the 5th floor.
