By far the worst experience I could have ever imagined being in a hospital. I was brought in for serve lower back pain, and was told I needed an MRI. Guess what? My five day stay (which my PCP said was absolutely ridiculous, no one with back pain should have stayed that long in a hospital), never got one. They kept saying they are taking out patients and emergencies. I could not get out of the bed to go to the bathroom with how much pain I felt. I went into the emergency room with angioedema. Instead of jumping to intubation, the your smart emergency room doctor did his homework and gave me TxA, a drug that addresses hereditary, or DNA issues. He was brilliant. The swelling went down without the extreme consequences of intubation. I was out in 24 hours instead of three days.

This hospital killed my grandmother. She speaks Italian and is legally entitled to a translator but instead they didnt care and brought in someone who spoke SPANISH. She had dementia and it only made her more confused. They then discharged her after 4 days without informing us and left a dementia patient alone in the lobby. She then sadly passed away the next week after they messed up the treatment
