Had several X-rays today. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The X-ray tech was especially courteous & accommodating.
I was in the fast track section of the ER yesterday, the care here is exemplary. I went through a thorough battery of testing, was checked in on throughout my time waiting for next steps, it seemed like a pretty full house as far as patient volume but even with all the testing the pace was steady and efficient - dare I say - pretty quick, very painless. NEWBURGH HAS THE WORST NURSES THE WORST STAFF , Everybody who works here is heartless, rude as hell, it’s an absolute mess, no one has empathy in their hearts whatsoever. I would never ever go here again, not even if I was dying. Every nurse is soul less and doesn’t care about your needs. It’s actually really sad to see how the staff is with their patients. went here with very obvious acute appendicitis. they didn't do a basic physical exam, then did a ct scan where it didn't show up (i was told later this was likely related to me being underweight) and blamed it on my uterus (a completely typical burst ovarian cyst). they sent me home with a wbc count of 16.5 without mentioning this (over 14 is seen as indicative of sepsis), then called me back the next day for sepsis. while admitted for sepsis, the lead GI doctor cancelled all of my GI testing and said it was just IBS (for re... read more
