No hospitality, compassion or merit. Consistently rude to patients and their families.Do not recommend trying to grieve in this building.
Staff, doctors and nurses were wonderful. Very caring and attentive. My issue is with Security. They are rude and nasty. Only allow “certain” visitors to wait in the waiting area and everybody else outside. I understand the need due to COVID by they are discriminating.
NEWBURGH CAMPUS! Terrible Hospital! if you go to the ER in pain they will assume you are a drug addict looking for pain meds, despite asking for testing and IV fluids. 2 weeks ago they left me in excruciating pain on the floor, yes the floor, because they said I refused to get up on my own. my pain was on 100 and the Dr and nursed refused to help me until my bloodwotk came back showing an infection in my pancrease. they were extremely rough with me, squeezing my arms and yelling at me that I wouldnt be getting the drugs I wa... read more
Bad enough you get over charged for every thing,then I was told my "payments " weren't good enough so after 6 months of payments it goes to collection. This hospital's billing department sucks balls.
The nurses bed side manor are the worst, maybe not all but there is a handful! The communication is not at all what it should be. So much more!!!!! You all chose to be what you are, you wanted to help people so do your jobs the tight way if not then leave and let someone who wants to do it, do it the right way
RecommendedI have written a bad review a couple of years ago before it was Montefiore. Well I was just there Palm Sunday around 12:30 am after almost cutting my thumb off. Had a bad anxiety attack with the stress and storms that hit my family among this Covid-19. They were all compassionate and empathetic, took such good care of me! Dr. A in the ER was supportive and sweet! 7 stitches! TY to all of you! The Hero’s of Montefiore St. Luke’s
