I was in 5 North about two weeks ago and let me start by saying I never ever do reviews but this had to be posted! Two days ago I went to emergency with chest pain. The emergency room staff was exceptional. They got me safe, comfortable and up into a bed quickly. Much respect to everyone who helped me during a very stressful time. Up on the 4th floor the staff was out of this world. I can name everyone who took care of me, above and beyond is not enough to say about the hard working, attentive and genuinely good people on that floor. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL. I have never been so hurt and angry. I was admitted on 9/21/17, in pain, high blood pressure, and unable to walk. Today, pain management actually wanted to cut me off of the little relief I could have. I have myalgic encephalomyelitis and this hospital has made it clear they are more interested in getting paid than actually taking care of their patients.
