The hospital is very good
Very attentive people work here. The whole staff is fantastic
I may a senior person who had a medical episode yesterday and was taken to sound shore Montefiore New Rochelle hospital from the time I checked in Tonya at the reception desk. All the technicians were great. Dr. Chloe, who attended to me was excellent. All the technicians from the CAT scan EKG were wonderful I want to thank you so much for the expert care during my medical episode.
I witnessed a deeply concerning situation at New Rochelle Hospital. A patient, who had been arrested, expressed suicidal thoughts, yet their comments were dismissed by the doctors and nurses. It appeared that the healthcare staff were more focused on siding with the police officer involved rather than addressing the patient’s mental health crisis. I would say my 4th check-in, and NOT a failure. Fast service. All nurses are helpful & friendly & caring. My last visit on February 27 '25, this RN named Alyah was phenomenal. I don't know how to thank her for her caring service. From the moment I got in until I left the building, she's on spot. Just the arrival front desk isn't working well, they chat a lot while taking care of patients. I would say: NOT TOO PROFESSIONAL. But I'm giving this ER my 5-stars!! Thank you
