Wonderful clerical, nurses and office staff. Very nice and helpful, both at the Orthopedic Center and the Diagnostic Imaging Center. My appointment with Dr. Murray was very disappointing. I was his last appointment of the day, it was delayed 50 minutes, he was very rushed and didn’t really seem to care. He wasn’t giving much attention or care for me, seems like he was just trying to get out. I wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely horrible communication skills from each and every person I’ve tried to speak with at this place especially at the West Nyack location. Getting an updated doctors note or medical report for a work related injury is nearly impossible. Takes 5-10 call attempts or more to speak to someone that even understands what’s going on. And to make it better that person on the phone likely has a major attitude for no reason.
