I am a patient and had a great experience with Dr. Semble. The facility in West Nyack is gorgeous. However, scheduling an appointment for my son with scoliosis/lumbar pain was a terrible experience. To see if a doctor had an appointment, we had to first create a chart for him. So, dictating all of your biographical/insurance info - that you normally do in-office or online - on the phone. The scheduling system is great, and reception is usually helpful. However, the doctors themselves seem to lacking in bedside manners.
Dr. Gotesman is amazing. Both before, during and after surgery. Highly recommended. The surgery center is beautiful. Very clean and updated facility. Nurses and staff were all very nice and helpful. Wonderful clerical, nurses and office staff. Very nice and helpful, both at the Orthopedic Center and the Diagnostic Imaging Center.
