Excellent practice
They are the absolute worst. Called 8 times to schedule for surgery with Dr. Somberg and his assistant Lisa never returned the call. This was for a surgery that was a highly recommended for an ankle fracture that was to be scheduled the week of Oct 26th. I had gone in for the visit on the 21st and called them on the 22nd for the surgery and never heard back. It's been nearly a week since I fractured my ankle, and I don't even have a cast on. It's absolutely painful and I don't even have meds besides otc. Ridiculous!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. The employee who assisted me, possibly named Lika that wears a hijab, was very unprofessional and showed little willingness to help. I arrived without my referral, so I immediately called my doctor’s office and asked them to fax it over. The employee told me that if the referral was not received within 15 minutes, the doctor would be going to lunch and I would have to reschedule.
