Best appartement complex in DFW area This place is a home for me I been here since 2019 7 happy years Leasing office crew are awesome, friendly and helpful of residents concerns . I’m a service member been on mission for two years, every times I called the office for any questions or concerns they assist me with GM Marlene thank you and entire staff. Just renewed my lease again. Come see it yourself, you won’t regret it.
room for improvement 3.5 staff is friendly and the services are available at regular times. Some services are limited due to weather or maintenance, yet other services are coming this month. All together this complex only has minor difficulties on specific aspects of rent day-to-day life yet makes up for it in friendly service and compensation on fair rent and payments

This place is terrible. Their hot water doesn't work, there is trash everywhere, no one picks up dog poop, kids running around unsupervised, loud neighbors (esp kids) from early morning to midnight. This is place may be cheap in terms of money, but will cost you your sanity instead. Whatever you do, do not rent here!!!
There's no A/C from October until May in Texas. I've had multiple leaks that soaked the bathroom walls and carpet. The walls are mushy and it now smells like mildew. The box springs of my bed have been soaked after leaks caused by other apartments or from neglect to the pipes. I was told by maintenance when I leave just lean the bed up against the wall. Now my bed has mold around the edges. They finally responded to a report that my bathroom sink was not working. Replaced the sink but never cleaned the water that flooded my ... read more

Business response:
Our property work with a chiller & boiler system, we inform all prospects before applying how our AC/Heater work. The chiller is set to turn on when summer begins but if we get heat sooner we switch over at that point. I have looked & only see work orders from this resident from April of 2020.

Don't rent here Not the best place to live. Since we moved here there has been roach problem, neighbors being Loud, the management taking away the large trash bin and using valet trash instead and roof leaking. I can't wait till our lease is up to move.
DON’T Live Here This place is the absolute worst experience with an apartment I have EVER had. 1. ROACHES. There has been roaches since we moved in and pest control doesn’t come out. 2. A/C and Heat has mass turn on for the entire complex. They didn’t tell us that when we moved in. They only run A/C from April 1-Nov 1. 3. You pay for gas even though there isn’t gas run anything in the apartment. 4. Apartment staff is terrible! Never answer the phones and email. Can’t ever answer a question. Maintenance is a joke. 5. Do Not Rent Here Montecito club is out for nothing but your money. When I moved in the mail boxes were destroyed, these have since been replaced, and already are half destroyed again. I was not told there was a pool, but I was told there was a laundromat. That laundromat held 3 broken machines and every other one took money and didn't work. It seems to have been repaired, but I was never given the code to use it. The gates are always broken, there is no guarantee of safety, and you can't have packages delivered to your door.... read more
