I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and overall, I’m happy here. The management does a great job keeping the property clean and organized, and I appreciate how well everything is maintained. That said, I do wish we could have better neighbors. Lately, some residents have been acting like they’ve never lived in an apartment before—being loud, inconsiderate, or not respecting shared spaces. I’ve been living here for about a year now and I’ve been at the most peace I’ve been, in years.! It’s a quiet community. Don’t really run into too many problems at all., cool staff, very attentive and I plan I’m staying here for another year so let’s see how that goes
Edit 3/2025. 7 years at Montecito and a great place I call home. Office Staff and Maintenance crew are friendly and reliable. Clean property, continued upgrades to the amenities and landscaping is beautiful and always maintained. Quiet and neighbors are pleasant. Definitely recommend Montecito Apartments.
