Paying my monthly payment and I cant even come to the office. I must be the worst treated tenant. The entire staff has a bad way of doing business. Someone should call the city on this complex for so many reasons.... I don't even know where to begin

Noise here could be a deterrent. Thankfully, you can't hear voices or noises AT ALL (can't even hear each other in different rooms) but any movements on the floor above seem to be amplified. So foot steps, dropping stuff, etc makes an awful ruckus. The thing that really got my attention here and that has kept me happy is cleanliness. We haven't found any German roaches or bedbugs since we've been here. Just a few bugs here and there, but none of the kind that are impossible to get rid of. No infestations of any sort. Quiet community, limited parking, spaces lined sor tiny cars and people cant park in the middle of the lines. The girls above me make so much noise throughout the day and night that it sounds like 500 pound sumo wrestlers live up there. All kinds of banging around and day and through the night.
