RecommendedI am an Apartment Locator in San Antonio and I ❤️bringing my clients to Montecito. Staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my clients are well taken care of. They have great floor plans and amenities. If you're looking for a Great Apartment Community in the Far NW side this is the place!
left after couple of months, couldn't stay there, you will never find a parking spot, some days we parked in the stadium next to the complex, very rude staff, old buildings and the pool is dirty. Long story short, don't recommend at all.
I have been living in this place for 8 years!! and the main reason is because i love their Manager Jennifer and staff, Rick is one of them, they are always sooo helpful and nice, they are family to me and my daughter. I always recommend it to my family and friends.
They don't listen if you have a problem, no parking, you'll get towed doesn't matter if you have a permit or not, the office guy Michael is rude, the manager lady is very rude, they take pictures of you while walking your dog to make sure you pick up after them. Don't move here, not worth your money, I'm stuck for another 6 month. DONT MOVE HERE.
Awful place. Only lived there a year and dealt with parking, towing, and burglary on 3 different occasions. Those of you stating that you feel safe with a courtesy officer and a gated community, don't. Jennifer, the property manager has to be the worst. Never understanding, she could care less what you have to say and places the blame on her residents. Living at the Montecito has been a nightmare from beginning to end. This apartment complex has zero parking. If you're getting home any time after 7pm good luck. They're always re paving the asphalt which takes away even more spots.
The staff is very rude, and you can never find any parking.
