If I could rate them less than zero I would. DON’T LIVE HERE. Places are a piece of junk, office tries to be nice, but nothing ever gets done. If you like mold and water damage in your home and having another full time job of trying to get them to do THEIR’s, this is the place for you.
Nice apartments. We love the built in washer/dryer,the garbage pick up. Maintenance staff are quick to respond to problems, and leasing office staff are nice to deal with, good people!! Landscaping is beautiful!! Pool and gym are very nice and kept really clean!! Would recommend this property for short term living!!
Moved out after 2.5 years and received a bill for carpet replacement that was not done. Turns out they lied and attempted to charge us for it. Was apologized to and promised my refund in 2 weeks....4 weeks ago. Nevada law states they have 30 days to refund our deposit!! Be aware of this when you move out! Luxury living alright....�
While the office staff are nice, they don't respond to issues fast or efficiently. We've got water leaks that have gone on for months without being properly fixed and the maintenance manager gave up even trying to fix them. They may "look" nice, but buyer be ware.... these builds are OLD and poorly maintained. All the granite in the world can't cover real issues with spiders, leaks, lack of sound barriers from the neighbors... etc etc. Then add the fact that they won't keep the gate in repair so that it can be closed at nigh... read more
What a joke. I was locked out of my apartment . I called maintenance, he told me to call a lock smith, and that they could not help me, because he could not verify me!? Hmmm how about you check my ID !?! Instead he instructed me to call a lock smith, who has NO way of knowing whether i live there or not to let me in? It's great to know that a lock smith is allowed to let anybody in to any apartment at anytime, (how safe and comforting right?) but their own maintenance staff does not. Talk about customer service...
Beautiful homes and great scenery all around! The Gym and Pool come free and are great year around. Everything is always clean and tidy!!
Very close to some fantastic restaurants, e.g. Beach Deli Hut, or the Squeeze-In. Great place for young families with a pool and an indoor basketball court. The apartments are very nice with granite counters, central air, and gas fireplaces.
