DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I want to start by saying I was the Montebello's biggest fan for my first year and a half as a resident. The apartments themselves are great and I've never had any issues with maintenance or staff before today. I walked outside this morning to make a Costco run and my car was missing. My immediate thought was that I may have left it unlocked and it was stolen -\-\ my heart sank. I called the front office where I was told that they had not authorized any tows in the past week. We love it at the Montebello. Nice, spacious apartments. Great trails for the dogs. The community is full of super friendly people. The pool overlooks a ridge which is freakin unbelievable and the gym is the best complex out of any apartment gym I’ve ever seen. Great living experience!

Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in in Reno, The Montebello has been the best by FAR. There’s so many gorgeous amenities, the space is beautiful and open (and larger than most apartments), the community is friendly and responsible, the staff is very sweet and helpful, and maintenance is timely and thorough. The hiking trail is absolutely gorgeous and was FANTASTIC to have during quarantine. A very dog friendly complex that is centered on a healthy, welcoming community and overall wellness. I highly recommend!

Montebello at summit ridge apartments is the right choice I made when choosing where to live. The great pros about living here in this luxury community are valet living trash service done every single night, they are so close to everything like grocery shopping, gas, clothing, everything! Lastly the girls in the office are very professional and sweet!!
Love living here!!! The views are AMAZING. I LOVE the fitness center it’s so big it’s like an actual gym unlike others where its just a tiny room and their walking trail is nice that leads to the mountains 10/10!!

Montebello Apartments has been very good to me and I have been living here for over a year now. The Valet Living trash service they have is so convenient I love it and they also pick up recycling! The girls in the office are always so nice and go above and beyond to help with whatever the problem is! This place exceeded my expectations on hospitality unlike other apartment complex’s.....

Not allowing residents to use a camera to protect their private property is a travesty. Especially in the case of where tape was voluntarily turned into you for a legal matter and you sick lawyers on the good samaritan. Beyond that the property and amenities are underwhelming, over priced and terribly managed. Don’t live here whatever you do.
Ensuring pitbulls are not on the property to continue killing other small pets and not punishing someone who helped get rid of a pair of killer pits by having video of them killing a small pet. Underwhelmed by the management here.
