I am so sad and disappointed with M.V. My ex took our dog in to get checked out for a number of reasons, and due to covid, they aren't allowing the owners into the hospital, okay, I get it... being safe... however, maybe they should do the exams on a zoom call or something, we all know it's not a hard thing to do... My cat, Cricket, had a large hematoma on her left ear. I noticed it had grown quickly on a Sunday. I took her in that day and she had surgery that evening. The staff was so nice and took care of her. 10 days later she got her stitches out. Fast and friendly. Thank you!!
