Got in over an hour after scheduled appointment time. No apologies. Staff was rude every time I called. Emailed records multiple times but was so rude and wouldn’t stay on the phone to make sure they received them. Asked when we went in and they still didn’t get the records. I would rather drive to Modesto to go to a better vet than the two minutes it takes to get to this one. Also never got to ask questions or talk to the vet. Worst vet experience I have ever had.
They never say no. They never makes excuses. Wonderful staff, wonderful docs.

Had three family cats fixed. Always professional and nothing negative about them at all. Prices to get them fixed for seniors is a bargain. Dropped them off in the morning and done by the end of the day. Would use them again.

I took my furbaby in for a free exam on Monday the 22 of June and got my baby seen and had her dental work done in the same day. they treated her just like we treat our baby with tenderness and love and care. I knew it was going to be super cheap and didn't know we cots. we chose to pay the $1,000 when we picked her up. we just didn't want to have another bill to pay each month. the doctor was so gentle with minigirl. she had 9 teeth removed. they gave her antibiotics and painmeds to go home with. I’ve been going to Monte Vista for almost 20 years. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.
Dr. Lee.. is AMAZING!! She is the most compassionate and caring person ever. Yep! She’s my favorite.. she takes the time to answer all of our questions and explains things in a way we can always understand. She is by far the best vet ever and I can’t imagine my fur babies seeing anyone else!!
