My German Shepherd had developed a hematoma in her ear, my regular vet could not get her in for three weeks. We contacted Monte Vista and they were able to get her in the next day. The vet explained my options (my previous vet only explained surgery) they were able to drain the ear and explain how to take care of her to help prevent this in the future. I was referred to the office this last Friday by Amanda Moore and after my experience I will never take my Kobe anywhere else! The staff from beginning until the end were awesome! Excellent customer service! They are open 7 days a week, which is very convenient. Thank you so much to the staff and Dr Snable! Kobe is making an amazing recovery!

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had today at Monte Vista Small Animal Vets . I drove from Merced Sunday morning with my cat who was having problems walking. I got an appointment immediately and a concierge service at the clinic. My first visit there and am comforted in knowing there are options for emergencies - so close - The staff was awesome! I even texted a question I had later in the day and got an immediate response. Very impressed.
Dr. Stable and Dr. Santos are awesome. staff awesome as well. You can tell they all love what they do. During this time I'm sure it's stressful and some people are not nice. Thank you all for doing above and beyond.
