Terrible customer service. Been coming here for years. A few minutes late one time and they cancel your appointment. This in spite of the fact that I attempted to call them and spent several minutes waiting at the front counter just for them to turn me away. The optometrist is ok. Always trying to upsell unnecessary stuff. Already found a better optometrist and won’t be back.
Everyone was very nice, professional, and helpful.
