Terrible place. Nasty, nasty dog owners shit everywhere. Bags are supplied they are to lazy to use. People have 3 or more dogs. Any breed. I can't see living here much longer. New managers suck.
Too much to list. Dont waste your time. Continue looking for your dream place because this for sure isn't it.
Seriously worst people ever since management changed. Moved into an apartment with bed bugs and they do not care what so ever. Completely rude and trying to blame me when there's shit all over the walls. This people lack knowledge and are so inconsistent to what they say. Every hates it here. These people suck. Screwed up my lease info and didn't even provide a walk through with me. Gave me my keys at 5pm on move in and still charged me for the day. They do not care.
Worst staff I have ever encounted in the 8 years of renting in the valley. Waste of 2 years.
Beautiful place. Wonderful staff. In a lovely part of town.
Just want to say THANK YOU to the maintenance crew for fixing our air conditioning so quickly. Put in the request this morning and it was fixed within 4 hours. Thanks again!!
caution people.dont let them have your info.they are part of identity theft.someone used a friend info to rent from them.they were notified after they got an illegal judgement<since my friend never lived there>.....and they have not gotten it removed from her record yet.
