Do not waste your money. Staff and management are garbage, no customer service, and rude. Mice in the apartment, the lady at the front acted like that was normal. I do not pay rent to live with mice. Dog shit and pee everywhere, walls and ceilings are very thin. The person above me sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling.
The staff isn’t the greatest especially a red head at the office .
Hi Monte Viejo residence and staff, I appreciate your kindness. Most clean up after their pet. I wish they had a dog run, away from my windows. I love pets but I guess I have to live with it, because I'm on ground floor. Dog parents please clean up after your dog, it's not fair to us that live on the 1st floor. Thank you. kay. Nice place to live otherwise.
I love all the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. Rochele, what a great person. She is so willing to help in any way she can. What a caring person. I have already told many friends that this is the place to be. Only problem is of course the dog owners that don't pickup after their dogs. But what can the staff do, follow them around. I am enjoying my new home, and the neighbors are the best.
