Best apartment complex in south main salinas. It is very close to most amenities like schools restaurants, city hall, stores, gym, freeway, and right next to the memorial hospital. Also it is clean, organized, quiet, and has a lovely neighborhood. Additionally, place has a very attentive manager (Mr. Chuck Bishop). I guess this is the reason why most residents are already long term tenants.

Chuck the Property Manager is the best. He responds ASAP to any issues. Rules are always enforced and the complex is always kept clean. People here are friendly and respectful. I have a family of 4 and we feel safe here. We have lived here for years and don’t have any complaints.
