I bought a gift to my father. I thought a pen would be nice one. His name engraved on it however, lasted 2 months and the name just disappeared? I asked them. They said: we can’t tell but likely pen was overused? How does that makes sense? Also, nit included in warrant

Fui muito bem atendido por uma atendente brasileira de fortaleza! Porém! Enquanto ela estava mostrando as canetas um outro atendente que não me lembro o nome! De forma extremamente deselegante solicitou que me retirasse do local onde a atendente estava mostrando as canetas! Já comprei várias canetas e relojos desta empresa e nunca em nenhuma loja tive um tratamento como este rapaz tratou a minha pessoa!
