My HOA is phenomenal at the BLUFFS I moved in didn’t have the keys to my mailbox. Mark have gone above and beyond to get me a key. They keep the property clean and they are very attentive to all matters. THANK YOU Mark greatly appreciate you.
Much like some of the other posters, communication with this property management company is absolutely terrible. They don’t handle situations promptly and do not inform residents when utility companies arrive into the neighborhood. They’re quick to collect money and increase prices, but don’t have good follow-up. They don’t return calls, and have created an expense list with items that aren’t even being addressed. Which I’m pretty sure is illegal.
Montage Realty Group is THE WORST HOA management company I have dealt with. SERIOUSLY DO NOT SELECT THEM Communication is virtually nonexistent. Residents at The Chace at Sandy Springs receive little to no notice about work being done in the community, and when questions are asked, the response is often dismissive rather than helpful.
