First off, I’ve lived in 10 communities managed by different companies and this is the first terrible experience I’ve had with a community management company (MRG). This all comes from experience as I’m a developer, and luckily I’m able to compare MRG’s standards of operation & excellence to other companies. I paid in full but still received a statement from Montage (HOA) to pay dues.
My contact with MRG was as an appraiser of over 30 years dealing with HOA Administrators! They were quick and responsive to my requests. Very thorough, and did not make me contact them multiple times to get the info I needed. Very attentive to my needs, which are also the needs of the homeowners in the community when they are trying to sell or refi their home! Unfortunately this is atypical of the HOA Admin community as a whole, and glad it was! Made my job that much easier.
