Montage Realty Group is the worst HOA management company I have dealt with. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Residents at The Chace at Sandy Springs receive little to no notice about work being done in the community, and when questions are asked, the response is often dismissive rather than helpful. Vendors have performed work around my home without notice, debris has been left in my yard, and even a large tree near my home was removed without any communication. Montage Realty Group has been a pleasure to work with. As a landscaping vendor they are easy to communicate with, coordinate jobs and handle work orders. We are happy to have been doing business with them for the past 5 years and hope to continue for many more.

Montage Realty Group (MRG) is an excellent property management company. As board president, I worked very closely with the company's CEO, Amanda Telesco, for two years. She is very experienced and quite knowledgeable regarding all aspects of property management. She and her team were valuable assets to our HOA.
