I paid in full but still received a statement from Montage (HOA) to pay dues.
My contact with MRG was as an appraiser of over 30 years dealing with HOA Administrators! They were quick and responsive to my requests. Very thorough, and did not make me contact them multiple times to get the info I needed. Very attentive to my needs, which are also the needs of the homeowners in the community when they are trying to sell or refi their home! Unfortunately this is atypical of the HOA Admin community as a whole, and glad it was! Made my job that much easier.

This place is a joke!!! They come around weekly to snap photos of your yard and then give you a violation for not cutting your grass twice a week which seems to be the only way to not get an email on Sunday with a picture of your yard not even larger than 2-3”…get rid of this company and save yourself some hassle. It’s the final countdown for this company bc as soon as we are allowed to change our management company, consider it done.
Wow..they don't have a life. They twist and turn the HOA rules as they please.
