As Many others I also wish I could give 0 stars. Montage is negligent and refuses to take ownership or even simply apologize for their mistakes. I will rally the board of directors and fellow homeowners to seek a new management company. As a new homeowner I received NO communication about what the dues are or where to pay and only received a collection letter some time after. The agent I spoke to showed 0 accountability for Montage's negligence. If you are considering this company for your association, run fast, run hard.
Unprofessional and Mismanaged HOA Company My experience with this HOA company has been extremely disappointing. They consistently fail to handle issues in a professional and transparent manner. Their lack of accountability is alarming, as they often provide conflicting or misleading documentation and responses. Vendors beware, don't provide services on behalf of this management company unless you have payment secured. I provided services for one of their HOAs in good faith for multiple months only to be told after their stalling and lack of communication that "Oops, we don't have any money from the HOA to pay you with, oh well, that's unfortunate." If anyone at Montage reads this I'd be more than happy to retract it if you will only make good on your commitments.
