Better eat your breakfast because you are gonna work! Always a challenge and always a pleasure. The people are very encouraging so the only thing intimidating is the work out. Every step with Mickie is a step toward reaching your potential.
Hands down, the hardest and most rewarding workout I've ever done was here. Everything about this place is aces. As a beginner, I walked in pretty intimidated, but I was surrounded by positivity, excellent instruction from the owner and others around me, and by the end of the workout, all of those fears were gone.
