I work out every Tuesday and Thursday for 45 minutes each day and listen to Johnny Cash!!!
By far the best place. My home away from home. The trainers are incredible and with help you reach your goals (sometimes they know yours goals better than you do. I don't want a gym that puts me through the motions, I want one that challenges me and pushes me harder and this is it. Go hard or go harder...
I've been training with Kenneth Mickie for 7+ years and it just keeps getting better!! Best workout in all of Fredericksburg. If you want knowledge, inspiration, and an intense sweat session with an awesome group of people, look no further than Monsters and Machines!

Love the variety of workouts! It's like bootcamp every day! Perfect place for anyone who gets bored easily - won't happen here! Love Mickie and all the positive reinforcement!
I attended a session last Saturday for the first time and absolutely loved it. I have been to several other boot camp style gyms but this by far is the best. Everybody there was positive, motivating, and energetic and the owner is very welcoming. If you are looking for a gym that you want to see results and have fun at the sametime this is definitely the place.
