he had us sign in...he didn't close until 10 ..it's not quite 9. we sitting thinking our phone would ring,,no he lets the last customer out and he's cutting off lights I blew he pulled curtain

Sorry never saw you outside when I was closing for the night, though I never asked for you to wait. I took your numbers so I could get ahold of you to set up possible appointments for later. That was in no way me saying I would stay late for walk ins, never saw you outside but I do remember hearing a car horn which made me look around but no one approached the door as I was locking up and turning off the lights and signs which takes awhile to do so I figured it was a random honk from traffic which is pretty common. Showed up for my 6pm appointment that was made the previous week and there was a sign on the door, tried to call and reschedule and the phone went straight to voicemail but the voicemail box was full. An hour later I was going to Walmart and noticed that the sign was removed and the open sign was on so I proceeded to go in and he remembered me but didn’t remember what he was even supposed to tattoo and said I would have to RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT WEEK as he is doing a tattoo!
