To be honest he is a really nice guy and did an amazing job on what I wanted. After it healed the tattoo started to fade and part of my lettering was missing. I called and send multiple messages with no response. I even told him I wanted more work done and nothing. I don't know the reason why he wouldn't answer me but that is my reason for the bad review.
