BY FAR THE WORST!!!! BOUGHT MY JEEP CHEROKEE BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT ON MONDAY MAY 29th 2017 AND ON ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH THE TRANSMISSION LIGHT ON FRIDAY JUNE 2ND- NOT ONLY DID THEY SALE ME A LEMON THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO PROVIDE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.... ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE CANNOT GET HERE FAST ENOUGH FOR ME TO GET THERE AND GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND SWEAR!!!! � � �
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have the best customer service that I have ever encountered. They made the terrible situation I was in 1000 times better. I drove to Pittsburgh alone to pick up my daughter from college, when my car broke down. They were so helpful and they squeezed me into their already full schedule. They were able to fixe my car by the next day, and even helped me get a rental car. I greatly appreciate all the help they gave me.
