I found this dealer to be very honest and truthful with his dealings. The owner offered the car to be taken for a test drive for as long as needed, plus take the car to any mechanic I chose which was 28 miles away. Great deal great salesman very satisfied with this purchase
Being new to United States it did not take me more than one week to realize that dealership system in this country is utterly broken. Bait&switch ads, abused cars, dishonest dealers with aggressive high-pressure sales techniques, ridiculous fees and so on. My experience with Monroe's Auto Export was exact opposite. I liked the car they listed but i was 120 miles away so i asked them to hold the car until next day. I ended up making a purchase from out of state and still waiting for the vehicle to get to me. Transaction had been a little slow and they added $100 doc fee without letting me know. They were helpful to get additional pictures to me that helped me with my decision. The undercarriage was very clean. I will see how the rest of the sales and delivery goes.

Best used car buying experience ever! No pressure to purchase. The Toyota Sienna was clean and had been well maintained. They allowed me to take the van to my mechanic before purchasing it and everything about it checked out. I recommend John and Monroe's Auto Export to all of my friends.
