Excellent young man to deal with.
One salesman promised me one number and another one said he couldn't fulfill it. It was terrible communication and honestly, I could see right through them hustling me. Their car didn't pass the pre-purchase inspection and I almost wasted money doing that process. I ended up buying a car elsewhere that was way better.
Flawless experience. No haggles on the price, no classic pushes for useless add-ons, and very upfront on the vehicle condition and history. Paperwork was sent really quick, and met the expected deadlines. Will buy from them a thousand more times.
Awesome experience with Monroe’s, answered all questions without hesitation, and also he very clean and well kept cars on the lot! HIGHLY recommend.
They get back to fast
Friendly service. Open to letting me drive car on my own as long as I wanted and take it to have it checked out. Very happy with the service when buying the car. Organized.
The dealer was very kind and not pushy at all. The car looked exactly the way it did in the pictures. He let me take the car to a VW dealership for a pre-purchaser's inspection. I ended up not purchasing that car (hybrid battery would need to be replaced in a few years and I don't want to deal with that), but I enjoyed my experience with Leon and would buy a different car from him. He's communicative and reliable. A dealer you can trust.
I made arrangements with the owner to travel an 1 1/2 to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was in great shape and he allowed me to take it to a local mechanic shop to have a used car inspection. The car was in perfect shape but the check engine light came on. The owner then took the responsibility of having a mechanic investigate.
