Came in with a flat tire on Friday and they didn't a great job. Wish there wasnt so long of a wait. Only tire place I've been to in monroe that showed me respect and didn't rip me off.. thank you

I ordered new high performance brakes for my BMW, pads and rotors, and ended up not having time to do it myself. Tried to take it in to have this store install them for me real quick and the manager refused to install my parts insisting that if they touch my car, I have to buy their parts which are lower quality than what I had in my hand. Other Belle Tire's have done this type of thing for me in the past. Found another shop in town to do it and will not use this store for anything in the future. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone. Maybe tires ok. But they where not able to do the work they said they could. And had my vehicle tide up for day. I really need my vehicle!! Belle tire wasn't straight forward with the work that needed to be done.
