I have to give a shout out to the Belle Tire staff! I'd gone to a different tire repair shop for a slow air leak, wasted part of a Saturday afternoon and left without a fixed tire. Yesterday, I went to Belle Tire, the staff was pleasant, even though they were clearly busy, and I left with a fixed tire!! Did I have to wait? Of course, because I didn't have an appointment but I was not made to feel like an inconvenience and I left with the problem fixed. Thanks, Belle! 😁

Two words: Michigan Pothole. I dropped my car off late due to a pothole incident as I was returning from an out of state trip. They made sure I got the replacement tires I wanted and got the car done as soon as possible. Thanks to Antonio!

This place is beyond busy and I can never just get something done without an appointment. I dropped off a tire (not a car)at noon on a Saturday and they said they’ll call me when it’s ready in 2 days. I’m not a business man, but they could easily open a second monroe location. They usually do good work, but I did get a false diagnosis of bad sway bar links making noise. I changed them myself, but that wasn’t the noise. Not a big deal only $20. Heard a knocking coming from the front so I took it in just to have a safety inspection on my vehicle. They told me I needed a new control arm because there was a lot of play. Told me it was an 8 out of 10 and should get it fixed as soon as possible. This didn’t set right with me so I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they told me the play was about a 1 out of 10 and I didn’t have to get it fixed right away. Took my van in at 8:30 am on Thursday for 4 new tires. They called at 9:50 am my van was done. Fast service and great work at a very reasonable price!!!

Came in on Wednesday morning with a leaking tire. They told me about two hours, so I walked around to the local stores. Came back and right at the two hour mark they had my keys back in hand, a repaired tire on my truck, and my wallet was no lighter. They just encouraged me to come back for new tires in the future, and I have to say they will be at the top of my list. Thanks for a great experience, again!
