Went in 10 minutes before closing because of a strange noise from the front passenger tire. Mr. Finney came out and took a listen and brought it to the attention of Mr. Swingle. Mr Swingle brought the vehicle into the shop and found that the only thing holding my front passenger side tire on, was two very loose lug nuts. He immediately showed me the problem and then proceeded to tighten up the lug nuts. Staff is always great, If things are not right they will make it right
They have great custom service, great prices, and they won’t rip you off. I’ve been going there for over 10 years now, and have had no problems at all. They even told me once that I didn’t need that part and saved me a lot of money. They get 5 stars from me!!
I've been a customer of Belle Tire for years. Over the past year or two their service has become unacceptable. Long waits or didn't have a qualfied mechanic on hand to do the repair that was needed. I should have been told when I called in. Their footprint is too small and can be a problem when leaving. Do yourself a favor find a place that can provide quicker service.
I went in for an Oil change and a Tire Rotation 71 00 dollars and a broken sunglasses wow would I be going I don't think so
Zero stars.....they lie about parts needed...say a tire cant be patched(easy patch at another shop) when ur car comes back to u with a screw in tire from their shop after inspection... but they offer to sell new one...they try n take advantage of woman in my opinion...and customer service is a joke ...customer service rep gets rude with you when u call to complain....and he refuses to give his name only to hang up on the customer!!!
