2nd in line only orderd 2 shakes an a kids toy and the people behind us got there 2 shakes before us an the guy cqme out took there money an everything. Why dont they have to wait in line. Paid way to much for a crappy shake
Love your food and drinks but you guys need to give your employee's a break on holidays and close early! A friend of mine works at the Southgate one and you guys work your employee's to hard
This is the second time I have visited this location and have been told they have run out of ice cream. I will not be visiting this location again.

For real Sonic? First time I've actually had decent customer service at your location only to get home to rock hard tater tots and some sort of slimy seed stuck to the inside of my drink cup...what could that possibly even be???? I only found it after I drank the soda. Tried to get it out of the cup to bring it to the restaurant but it was so slimy it flew down the sink drain. Could not be more disgusted or disappointed.
Y'all look like a bunch of Bozos today don't you. Running off a man for flying a flag on his truck.....and then he saved a black kid from drowning. you owe him an apology and btw you can forget me ever visiting a Sonic again.
I love Monroe sonic they are awesome and really hard working
I was not happy - saw on fb Monday there were 50 cent corndogs at sonic.. made a special trip to Toledo to get dogs and shakes - only to be told it was only in Michigan. Would be nice if those things were mentioned on the specials. I'd never been to sonic, and not sure when I"ll be back given that experience.
