Moldy burger buns, not just a little, half the bun was green with mold. Disgusting.

Every time I come here the ice cream machine is broken. Sonic is known for their ice cream shakes and everything else but we never are able to get it. I tried today and they told me when I got to the drive thru window their ice cream machines were not working it's just ridiculous

came to have dinner. pull into stall then told sorry no orders in car spots either have to order online or go through drive thru. placed order and waited longer than normal. fries were cold. see many people leave as line was crazy. no signs to tell people drive thru or online only...

Waited a hour in the stall after I placed a mobile order for 4 drinks and never got them and I paid for them i left I wasn’t waiting all day for some drinks 😡 terrible workers and manager who wouldn’t give me a refund that I paid for and never got my order 😡 I do not recommend there always this slow and lines are always out to the roads they need all new workers that know how to do there job !
Horrible customer service
I went through Sonic drive-thru in Monroe on Telegraph today and I ordered a number 12 boneless wings meal with a shake I upsize the shake they charged me double for two meals only got one when I called back to discuss this with the manager because obviously you can't go in and it was lined up around the building I called back in the lady that took my order got on the phone with very very rude it was me hung up on me repeatedly told me she ain't going to deal with me and she told me to call corporate but she neglected to giv... read more
RecommendedOur first ever visit to a Sonic. Wanted to have a burger at 9:30am and tots. We ordered the cheapest cheeseburgers and tots to try out. They gave us the Jr Deluxe Cheeseburgers and only one of the two tots we ordered and paid for. The tots were ok and the burgers were pretty good.
