I discovered a mouse in the house on Friday. Tried to set up some traps myself, but let’s be honest, I’m no expert. I called Monroe this morning, and Nick was at my house within 2 and half hours of calling. He explained all the traps to me, made sure there were tamper proof traps to keep kids and dogs out, and just really went above and beyond. Highly recommend Monroe for your pest control needs!

I HATE STINK BUGS!!! When I called around last year- after the stink bugs had invaded - Monroe was the 1st exterminator to call me back with a good plan of attack. They sprayed last year and my stick bug problem went from outlandish to almost ZERO. I called yesterday and even though they were booked out a couple weeks Nick S. (Very thorough and friendly) came out today. I know that if these wicked little stink bugs get in the house during Fall there isn’t much you can do about it. I have had a mouse issue so bad I was embarrassed to call for help. I met Kelly at my work and it was her that broke my fear of having someone come in to help!! She first explained that I need not worry about my furry babies that they would be sure to place bait safely in my house. This was very important to me.
