Monroe Glass came to fix the job another glass guy screwed up. They made sure everything was perfect before they left.
Cut my window glass to MY specs which were wrong🤣Came back same day after closing and they recut at no charge!Thank you!
Couldn't be happier with the service and my new shower. Great experience from the receptionist to the installation. Would definitely recommend.
After ordering my shower enclosure from another provider, we shortly had to call MGM to come in and replace it due to the terrible job done prior. Spence, the owner, was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. His crew came in and had the job done in a timely manner and with high quality work. I am so impressed and content with the overall experience of this company. Thank you so much for contributing to my seasonal home in making it paradise!
Concur with all the other bad ratings. The folks don't provide good customer service and are unreliable. I guess that's what we should expect in paradise...
Can't give them 0 stars - too bad, computer won't allow it - they really, really deserve it. Terrible, terrible customer service, poor workmanship. Expect you to pay for highly overpriced bad work (cracked glass, etc.)...save the $ and go elsewhere. Never comment on businesses - this is an exception...informed Better Business Bureau on this one - buyer beware!
