What a lovely foundation this place has 🤢
We went for the Sheriff’s Animal Farm! It was a wonderful experience!! They have it for free to the public every 2nd and 4th Sunday (we gave a small donation) it’s an awesome way to treat the animals well and allow the inmates some time away from the confines
What an awesome program! We learned about this while visiting the keys and able to add it to our plans. We arrived just as it was opening so had to wait a little bit. The staff were friendly, the enclosures clean, and the animals clearly well cared for. We got to watch the capybara enjoy his banana leaves, hold a ferret, and got chased around by a giant tortoise.
