The worst billing department on the earth. They constantly hound you every month, even when you make monthly payments!
love how you guys rush at er. so fast that you had to call me for insurance on my way home. you guys should not be in operation the way you treat your patience.

Just awful. I called to get an appointment to get my foot look at as it's broken and the lady can't tell me if there are any available appointment times after Wednesday. I ended the call with her and tried again later on to be told I'd be coming in to have it looked at and x-rayed but instead the doctor looked at it then told me they don't do x-rays on Saturdays (I was told by the nurse who made my appointment that they did) the doctor then tells me I'll get a call on Monday to set up my x-ray and for me to get fitted for a ... read more
ER staff were amazing! They explained every step and detail to me... very compassionate and kind!
Recently had a surgery in Feb 2018 for a gland removal. Or so i was told... Went to the doctors yesterday and was told i still have my glands and that the surgeon who did my surgery is no longer there... couldnt imagine why!!!! Then asked if i would consider another surgery?! Im at a loss! I would love for someone from the monroe clinic to contact me about this and also about the bill i have for a botched surgery that wasnt done correctly.
My husband and I recently welcomed our third son, all of which were born at Monroe Clinic. The doctors,nurses and support staff have always exceeded our expectations with superior care and support. I would not want to give birth anywhere else. Excellence in every sense of the word!
Labor and delivery are amazing! I had a wonderful experience with our second child delivering there !

Nice doctors and nurses er was great.Did not get names felt to sick the guy giving me my ct scan was cool and the nurse in my up stairs room was really sweet and caring.I am also very happy with dr.Schiro very good doctor
