I had to take my son to the ER early Friday morning for croup and they got us back right away. Nurse Jen was so wonderful with my son. Then the respitory guy came to give my son a neb treatment and he was also wonderful to my son. Dr. Yount was there right away to assess my son and she was great too. I am so thankful for all 3 of the people that put my 3 yr old son at ease and explained everything to him so he could understand :) I always highly recommend Monroe Clinic.

I moved here in July 2012. Aug. 2012 I had my first visit to Monroe ER as I was in AFIB. Dr. Pipp was the Dr. I saw that day and I give him and all the Dr's I've seen since then a 5 star rating. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Ahmad, Dr. Swindle, (had both knees operated on) Dr. Daniel Le and all the Dr's and nurses that have taken care of me. Couldn't ask for any better care. Thanks to all of them.

Long story short, the ER department is full of incompetent, rude, careless doctors and nurses with no bedside manner. They treated me like I was an unfit mother and were shocked that I even knew the correct dose of Tylenol to give my toddler! I will NEVER take my child or any of my future children to this ER. UW is far superior and extremely worth the 1 hour drive.
