Your ER doctor has horrible bedside manners and is pretty much useless
I highly don’t recommend this clinic for anything, they’re known for tampering with medical files and lying on lab results
Stop over charging for basic services, you're not fooling me - go to UW Madison, they are a research hospital with more knowledge (I have dealt with hematology, blood labs, and radiology at both places) and a simpler billing explanation of services, not to mention PRICE! UW-Madison billed me less than half of what Monroe Clinic charges for a CT Scan.

here doctors and nurses know you by name,in a big city they look at your chart to find your name,then they ask is this you.
Once again the monroe clinic did an outstanding job with McKenzie as she woke up unable to breathe at 1am. I know alot of people have their own stories but ours have always been great. Thank you so much to the respiratory therapist,doctor, nurse, the nurses that helped with her shot ...I truly appreciate what you do.
Probably one of the worst healthcare providers in the U.S. All departments are sorely incompetent, from care providers to reception to billing, etc. My condolences to anyone who has to seek care here.
My husband had surgery on his arm today. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They answered all of the questions we had and explained it so we understood. They made him feel very comfortable he had never had surgery or broken anything before so it was all new to him.
