This place is amazing! My baby boy had OHS at 5 days old & they took amazing care of him. We'll be back in a few months for his next one.
"To err is human". But to go out of one's way to make it right is the Vanderbilt way!! I have been both on the inside and outside of miscommunication and newer protocol-\-\as a nurse and as a patients mother. Recently, my son was scheduled for an MRI. Just recently, broth is now considered a solid when sedation is involved. This was not conveyed to me, in fact I was told he could have broth just a few hours before his scan. The MRI was not done. Been a patient since 05' had multiple surgeries and scans. They took care of me until all of my dismissals.
