phenomenal service and they get the job done efficiently. I called on a Sunday in a pinch to diagnose and fix my car. Literally every car shop i called turned me away and said “they didn’t have time and abruptly hung up on me. I called Monro on Sheridan and Niagara Falls blvd and not only was the manager Rick extremely polite, understanding and knowledgeable but he saved me over $115 by taking off my diagnosis and just charging my for my parts and labor. I've been using this Monro location as my go to for about 10 years with three different cars. The staff are friendly, not pushy when it comes to sales, and do great work. I've never been disappointed with the service from Mark and Chuck and the other staff here.
