I went for a rotor and brake replacement, but after further inspection, it was not an immediate fix. I did need a new tire pressure sensor, so the guys replaced that quickly and I was on my way. Monro has always been my go-to for vehicle service. The Lyter Drive team never pushed a service or guilted me into unnecessary work. I bought a new vehicle and hadn't been to Monro in over 7 years, but this visit was no different than what I experienced in the past. Excellent service. Thank you so much!
Jakotae won our tire and service business. What an outstanding manager. He demonstrated compassion for an excited wife with a potential major tire issue on a Sunday. He presented possible solutions and pursued the least expensive first. Made the determination communicated clearly what our options were and proceeded to fix the issue, sooner and less expensive than we were dreaming of - way to go Jakotae and Monro if you trained this young man - fantastic job!!
I needed a tire replaced and had the rim and new tire in my trunk. I walked in and approached the counter asking if I could get the tire replaced. The gentleman behind the counter said I could but it would be a little bit because they were backed up, but it would be done same day. Another gentleman behind the counter asked if he could see the tire/rim. Walked out to the car and said “give me 15 minutes.” Awesome guy, awesome service. You have a great worker at that shop
