Showed up for an appointment. The place was closed and after 25 minutes, they opened the door and said the tech didn’t show for work. Manager was like “not my problem.” I went somewhere else.
Wife had an appointment at opening time to get her brakes checked. Nobody showed up. She called customer service and they couldn't reach anyone either. 25 minutes later she was still sitting in the parking lot trying to find another place to go, and the manager came to the door and said the technician didn't show up for work and the manager didn't answer the door or phone because he was in a meeting.
