Have been here a ton over the last few years and thought they were pretty fair. Even had my wife’s breaks and rotors done about a month ago costing me a bunch. Mario the manager that works up front is awesome. The mechanic is not. Had a steering light come on and the mechanic without even looking at the car tried telling me what the issue was because he has 40 years experience... After requesting numerous times to have them actually look at it, he takes less than a 5 minute “look” and throws a price tag of $3500 for a BUNCH ... read more
My car broke down and was drop off by the town truck with Alternator issue.Next morning they called me and fixed the car the charges almost $1300.After get off that I when to two different mechanics to run a estimate for the same service both gave me the estimate for around $650 with labor or $880 if they have to change the belt and battery also already including the labor.So without a doubt Monro Auto took a vantage of me because they knew the car can’t be moved from there shop unless I towing again. Mario and his crew are a the people we need around us! Without hesitation they took me in early morning without appointment. Thought was a bigger job but they actually figured it out in a matter of minutes. They fix it and they didn't even charge me for it! Need tires or any repairs, go to Monroe in Somersworth right in front of Walmart!
Very fast and affordable service. Nice interaction with staff. Lower rating due to a couple rotational scratches on wheels and tires were very different pressure values that I had to reset.
