Had tires rotated and assumed tire pressure would be checked and topped off. Low tire indicator still on when I left and had to go somewhere later to fill tires since I had no time to go back...each tire was low. Maybe I assumed incorrectly that this is standard for tire service?
Absolutely mindboggling, and unacceptable scheduling! 4 people in for NYS inspections, all with 8am appointments and 1 licensed tech (confirmed that no one called off) to complete. I waited 45 minutes just to get my vehicle started, and I was the 2nd person taken. I'm pretty sure the other 2 people left due to aggravation. The appointments easily could've been 8, 830, 9, 930. The site manager is the one who scheduled my appointment, so it simply shows the incompetence top down of the location
I had a great experience at this location. My wife had picked up a nail in a tire and we did have to get a new one. It was ordered and installed quickly. I will continue to come to this location.
Mechanics do a 👍 great job only problem is takes a long time to get in and out because they are short staffed.
Fast inspection. Honest guys! I will be back!!
