For convenience, a video from Toyota dealership (Jim Shorkey Toyota) has been included showing the low quality of work at this Monro location, leading to engine oil leak. Worst part: when you reach to Monro they don’t acknowledge their mistake and don’t take responsibility. Strongly recommend going to another Monro location or a different mechanic shop.
Great service and awesome people working in there. Hayden went an extra mile for me. Would recommend
5:star service! Especially coming from someone who just dropped in because I got a flat the night before and was driving on a donut! I was given options and was able to pick the best one for me with zero sales pressure. They even managed to fit in an oil change in what I consider pretty good time especially since I didn't have an appointment
Hayden is a pretty stand up guy and great mechanic. He checked all the things the previous two shops had said it may be- none were the issue but he did find it he problems and now my car runs like a dream. I appreciate it so much! He was upfront about market cost & markup, explaining what I was paying for when I showed concern. Overall, good experience. Would recommend!
