They cracked my windshield, admitted fault (in writing), assured me it would be taken care of to maintain the warranty on my windshield, and now they are refusing to honor their word. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake pad replacement on Saturday. I had a coupon for a free set of wiper blades. RecommendedMonro on Ghent Road in Fairlawn is a shop I trust. Shaun (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) has always been upfront and fair with me and my girlfriend. He and his crew go above and beyond and have always given us the best customer service. I will happily use his services in the future for the care of my cars.

I went in for an oil change and explained that oil was very low. I had just purchased vehicle a month ago. Manager refused to service my vehicle saying he couldn't be responsible if there was engine damage. I pleaded with him to just add oil, sell me oil to put in myself and he refused to help me in ANY way. Unbelievable. Will NEVER go here again.
