My husband and I were driving home when a semi truck tire blew in front of us, causing our tire to flat. The crew at Monro didn’t hesitate to help us change our tire even though they were closing early because of the Labor Day holiday. Quick, professional, and extremely helpful when we needed them!
Excellent service, went into store around 8:00 on Saturday July 14 to get two trailer tires changed due to tire damage in road construction areas ... had full day of travel in front of us and not much time to spare. Talked to the Manager, they changed both tire within 15 minutes and got us back on the road. Awesome service ... outstanding example of a store manager. Young but certainly in touch with his customers needs. Can't say enough about their excellent service! The Hendersons
After taking my wife's car their for a few years to get oil changes & tires rotated & balanced, we always had good luck until this last time for balance & rotation. They called and said the car needed new shocks, struts, tires and alignment for $1800. So looking for a second opinion, I took the car to Bob Holland Alignment & he told us what it needed to be fixed properly. Great service with great attitude. Management is highly educated in the field and always gives fair quotes. Definitely the place to go if you need help
I have yet to have a bad experience at Monro's. They do quality work, honest customer service and you really can't beat the price! Cudos to the whole Greenfield team!!
