Overall, we had a good experience living here. But there were several drawbacks that were frustrating to deal with. -Our A/C in a third floor apartment was absolute trash. It stopped working every few weeks during summer, and maintenance insisted everything was fine when it clearly wasn't. It was like pulling out teeth trying to get that addressed. Our A/C would be running constantly, set to 71 or 72, with the temperature inside still at 80. At that point we'd just turn off the A/C to save electricity, so we spent full weeks... read more

This complex is by far the best place I've ever had to deal with Brittany in the office was so helpful before move in and Aaron was a lifesaver when I was moving in. He answered my questions not only about my new place but even gave me pointers for local places to eat and shop. I haven't stopped talking about this place since I moved in! Several of my friends are impatiently waiting for their leases to be up at other complexes so they can move here too.
Love this community! Everyone is friendly and courteous. Hands down have the absolute best maintenance around! Aaron McCain has been the BEST! He is helpful, kind, respectful and knows how to get the job done effectively! Its a comfort to have someone you can trust in your home if you need to have something addressed!
