This has been a long time coming. The amenities are nice and the homes are not bad, however the management has had high turnover and gets worse as the years go on. There is minimal communication and management seems to pick and choose who to answer, even seeming to ignore those that raise concerns more often. Maintenance is doing their best, they are good guys, and they are set up for failure due to the management hiring incompetent outside contractors.
